About Laura

Laura is a mum of boys who knows firsthand how overwhelming the juggle of parenting and work can be. Through her own healing journey, Laura found calm, balance and ease. Now, she’s dedicated to helping other parents to manage stress, implement strong boundaries, remove guilt and create a connected, peaceful home for their families.

Why Laura?

I really found the transition from babyhood to toddlerhood with my son very challenging. Tantrums were triggering and various other behaviours led me on my own personal development and conscious parenting journey. I’ve spent the past seven years studying parenting styles, attachment theory, trauma, somatic therapy and brain development. I learnt that the triggers were never my son’s fault, they were all linked to my own past.

I am a trauma informed Clinical Hypnotherapist, qualified Mindset Coach – trained in Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), Timeline Therapy™ and EFT (Tapping). I have experience in Executive Coaching, a degree in Marketing and Human Resource Management and a huge passion for my work – it’s my life and doesn’t actually feel like work at all! Shortly after becoming a mum, I decided to follow my calling of helping other busy parents who are struggling with being the parent they want to be.

I have a love for the countryside and an ongoing obsession with the unconscious mind and the mind-body connection. I enjoy yoga, family adventures, skiing, cuddles with my cat and love a warm cup of cacao.

My support is delivered from safe, non-judgemental space where parents feel seen, heard, and understood. The core of my work consists of a therapeutic, conscious relationship which is collaboratively built with each client. Many aspects of coaching are future-focused without acknowledging the importance of understanding the past – in particular childhood. My programmes help clients connect their past to their present so they can progressively move forward.

I am incredibly passionate about sharing my wisdom and healing people. The mothers that I’ve worked with walked away feeling much more in tune with themselves and better educated about their children’s development.

My Values & Beliefs

I believe children deserve respect

Mindful parenting does not mean that your children rule the roost or that there is no discipline or boundaries. I believe that children deserve just as much respect as adults, they have the right to be authentic but setting strong boundaries where needed is very important for their self-esteem and creating good behaviour and habits.

To change your child, you have to start with you

Now, I don’t mean that there is something wrong with you! But, in order to have compassion for your child and fully grasp why they are carrying out a certain behaviour, 90% of the time the compassion for yourself comes first.

My focus is on your desired outcome

I firmly believe that getting you from A to B will make you happier, calmer and a better parent. But most importantly – you may go through a bit of a journey and learn a bit of self-love on the way. I am not here to simply earn a living, I genuinely want to see a big shift in the world and I truly believe it starts with our children.

It's time modern mothers felt empowered

My holistic support is based on each specific mum that I work with. I am trained to work with those who may have experienced childhood trauma, as well as unhelpful conditioning that can feel debilitating in your day-to-day. Maybe you have fears that are hindering career growth? Maybe you struggle to hold boundaries with your children? Embark on your journey to becoming the best version of yourself – both as an ambitious professional and a loving, connected mother.

My Approach

My coaching style is rooted in transparency and open communication. If, for any reason, the rapport doesn’t feel right, we will address it openly before proceeding further. My goal is to help as many parents as possible achieve their desired outcomes, and I believe a strong connection is essential for meaningful progress.

I am honest, calm and empathetic. I am dedicated to identifying the root of a problem and helping you address it effectively. If a solution lies outside my scope of training, I will guide you toward the appropriate support. I am committed to being your cheerleader, championing your progress and helping you achieve your goals.
